I have been going to this dental office location for many years and after the new office was taken over by Casa Dental, the clinic was all renovated with new equipment and 2 dentists to choose from. I have visited both dentists and received good care, maintenance of teeth and gums. The staff are efficient and friendly.

Great staff, above and beyond front desk (scheduling, putting through my tricky insurance, etc). Dr Huang was super clear about what the xrays were showing him, which I really appreciated. You can also see / feel the great vibes between Dr Huang and the rest of the staff. I actually enjoyed myself in the chair listening to their discussion and contributing the occasional garbled snort.

I was very happy with my experience at Casa Dental.. The staff were friendly & accomodating.. The dentist was fantastic.. She took her time & listened to me when I said that I had to take a few breaks from the teeth cleaning, as it was hard for me to hold my mouth open for that long of a time.. Once again this was a seven-star appointment, although the request for feedback limits me to five stars. The seven stars are: 1--Timeliness 2--Thoroughness (a two-hour appointment) 3--Friendliness 4--Communicativeness 5--Participation in the Canada Dental Care Plan (CDCP) 6--As a result of 5, geographic closeness to my home (which I did not enjoy with my previous dentist, who has chosen not to participate in CDCP) 7--Major financial relief (my second appointment again at zero cost, thanks to CDCP).

My dentist of 25+ years recently retired and I had been putting off finding a new doctor because of the pandemic. I am happy that my cousin recommended Dr. Huang at Casa Dentistry for my dental care. I was somewhat nervous arriving at my first visit but the entire team there was so friendly and professional, it immediately put me at ease. The dental cleaning and fillings went very smoothly. Dr. Huang explained everything that was going to be done before he started. I was not in much pain, considering I hadn’t seen the dentist in a long while. Both Dr. Huang and his assistant Lam kept asking me how I was doing throughout the procedure to make sure I was fine and this was reassuring. Interaction with the office is also convenient as well as my initial questionnaire was all done securely online before my first appointment. Also, I like the appointment confirmations and reminders that I received via email. Both of my appointments have been on time and I didn’t have to wait very much at all.

I went in for an emergency appointment. At first they told me that I would have to wait 2 hours but seeing how badly I was hurting, the 2 kind receptionists managed to squeeze me in to see the doctor. They did an amazing job taking care of me and even gave me a discount! If the clinic or doctor is reading this, no more pain even after the Novocain wore off! Thank you all for curing my pain!

Everyone at Casa Dental has always been so friendly and thoughtful, in particular Ada, Lam, and Dr. Chiu, who I've seen the most. Even though I'm a student and don't have great coverage, they are so generous in giving me the care I need and always work with me to figure it out. Great communication and great service.

I have gone to this dental office for over 40 years and when it changed to Casa Dental, it continued to be great. All the staff from the front office to the dentist are very accommodating especially if you have an emergency where they try to fit you in as soon as possible. Dr. Chiu explains and informs you about the procedures that she doing and answers questions that you have. Overall, an excellent dental office and experience.

After moving to Toronto, I discovered Casa Dental (Dupont location) within walking distance from my apartment. This convenient location is enhanced by a very congenial and professional staff both in the administrative and clinical area. I have received excellent treatment for both maintenance care and also more complicated procedures and am very satisfied and happy with all aspects of my care at Casa Dental. I highly recommend them!

Going to the dentist isn’t something most people look forward to, but Dr. Huang and the team make it a surprisingly pleasant experience. He’s genuinely kind, patient, and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and informed throughout the visit. The front desk staff deserves a shout-out too—they’re super helpful, organized, and always greet you with a smile. It’s clear the whole office cares about their patients. I’ve been going to Dr. Huang for a while now, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. He is always very kind, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable during visits. The front desk staff is also fantastic—super helpful, professional, and always welcoming. They make scheduling and check-ins smooth and stress-free. Overall, it’s a great dental office that makes going to the dentist something I actually don’t mind. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience at Casa Dental and would not recommend this clinic. The receptionist was unhelpful throughout my visits. Despite repeated assurances, they never sent my dental reports to my email, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Worse still, the filling they did became infected and fell out within just a few months. Now, instead of addressing the poor work done earlier, they are advising me to extract the tooth entirely. This feels like a complete failure of care and responsibility on their part. Additionally they charge you everytime if you have insurance even if it's a follow up procedure. I had visited them by looking at the 5 star reviews in Google. But save yourself the stress and look for a clinic that values patient communication and quality treatment.

This was my first time visiting this dental office and my experience was up to standard. I am somewhat hard to please as I like things a certain way and my experience today was beyond my expectations. The receptionist team is friendly and answer my questions in a professional and friendly manner, which made me more convinced to give this dental office a try. I made a great choice having Irene clean my teeth today. Her service was beyond my expectation and my cleaning session didn’t felt rushed. I felt comfortable and relax as she took her time to clean my teeth. My overall “first time” experience was not painful and my teeth are feeling clean with no pain or sensitivity. This dental office and Irene service is highly recommended. I have been looking for a dentistry who take pride in their work and who isn’t looking to collect a payout without providing great service. I believe if you provide honest service, it will allow you to maintain repeat business. So far, so good..I will be back👏

Good experience with wisdom tooth removal. Doctors are very friendly and make you feel relaxed. Prince at the front desk is very helpful. The only drawback is they don't have free parking.

Receptionists are extremely kind, patient and willing to clarify or explain any issues or concerns. I haven’t gotten my cleaning done in years so I was expecting a lot of pain but to my surprise it didn’t hurt at all. Joey did a great job. She was always making sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Prior to my cleaning I had gotten x-rays and Dr. Kevin made sure I understood what was going on with my x-rays photos. Very knowledgeable and willing to educate you with any of your concerns. I’ll be getting my fillings/wisdom tooth extraction soon but I’m not worried one bit because I know I’m in good hands. This is my first dentist in years and not one bit disappointed with my choice!
