Dr. Chiu takes care of her patients, very attentive to details, doing a thorough job on all my visits. The assistance and staffs are very friendly. They respect your time and keep the appointments punctual, no waiting! The office is clean and the equipment are up-to-date, my wife and I have been to this dental clinic for years!

I have been going to this dental office location for many years and after the new office was taken over by Casa Dental, the clinic was all renovated with new equipment and 2 dentists to choose from. I have visited both dentists and received good care, maintenance of teeth and gums. The staff are efficient and friendly.

Great staff, above and beyond front desk (scheduling, putting through my tricky insurance, etc). Dr Huang was super clear about what the xrays were showing him, which I really appreciated. You can also see / feel the great vibes between Dr Huang and the rest of the staff. I actually enjoyed myself in the chair listening to their discussion and contributing the occasional garbled snort.

I was very happy with my experience at Casa Dental.. The staff were friendly & accomodating.. The dentist was fantastic.. She took her time & listened to me when I said that I had to take a few breaks from the teeth cleaning, as it was hard for me to hold my mouth open for that long of a time.. I had a really great experience at Casa dental. All staff members were friendly and professional. The surroundings were clean and they all practice universal precautions.

Once again this was a seven-star appointment, although the request for feedback limits me to five stars. The seven stars are: 1--Timeliness 2--Thoroughness (a two-hour appointment) 3--Friendliness 4--Communicativeness 5--Participation in the Canada Dental Care Plan (CDCP) 6--As a result of 5, geographic closeness to my home (which I did not enjoy with my previous dentist, who has chosen not to participate in CDCP) 7--Major financial relief (my second appointment again at zero cost, thanks to CDCP).

My dentist of 25+ years recently retired and I had been putting off finding a new doctor because of the pandemic. I am happy that my cousin recommended Dr. Huang at Casa Dentistry for my dental care. I was somewhat nervous arriving at my first visit but the entire team there was so friendly and professional, it immediately put me at ease. The dental cleaning and fillings went very smoothly. Dr. Huang explained everything that was going to be done before he started. I was not in much pain, considering I hadn’t seen the dentist in a long while. Both Dr. Huang and his assistant Lam kept asking me how I was doing throughout the procedure to make sure I was fine and this was reassuring. Interaction with the office is also convenient as well as my initial questionnaire was all done securely online before my first appointment. Also, I like the appointment confirmations and reminders that I received via email. Both of my appointments have been on time and I didn’t have to wait very much at all.

I went in for an emergency appointment. At first they told me that I would have to wait 2 hours but seeing how badly I was hurting, the 2 kind receptionists managed to squeeze me in to see the doctor. They did an amazing job taking care of me and even gave me a discount! If the clinic or doctor is reading this, no more pain even after the Novocain wore off! Thank you all for curing my pain!

The experience I had at this clinic was exception the staff were friendly and professional. The surroundings clean and they all practice universal precaution .. Even though I'm a student and don't have great coverage, they are so generous in giving me the care I need and always work with me to figure it out. Great communication and great service.

I’ve been a patient since the late Dr. Ho. I’m an oldie! Now I’m with Dr. Huang. A great gentle dentist! I’d drive 3 hours to see him if had to. And, I do. But, I do that the day(s) prior as I now live out of town.

I have gone to this dental office for over 40 years and when it changed to Casa Dental, it continued to be great. All the staff from the front office to the dentist are very accommodating especially if you have an emergency where they try to fit you in as soon as possible. Dr. Chiu explains and informs you about the procedures that she doing and answers questions that you have. Overall, an excellent dental office and experience.

After moving to Toronto, I discovered Casa Dental (Dupont location) within walking distance from my apartment. This convenient location is enhanced by a very congenial and professional staff both in the administrative and clinical area. I have received excellent treatment for both maintenance care and also more complicated procedures and am very satisfied and happy with all aspects of my care at Casa Dental. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful reception, welcoming, friendly and very inviting. Best banter between dentist and assistant I've ever encountered...even recommended butter tarts. What else can you think about under the knife, as it were. Can't beat these guys!!
